Chuck Zero is Penn Zero's uncle and Brock Zero's brother. While Brock and Vonnie are stuck in the "Most Dangerous World Imaginable" dimension, he and his wife Rose let Penn live with them.

Appearance

Chuck is short with graying black hair, a balding forehead with some hair still in the center, and pale blue eyes. He wears a dark green polo shirt with a white collar and a white stripe between two yellow stripes across the middle. Also, he wears light gray denim shorts, long orange socks, brown shoes, and a watch.
